On December 11, 2008 the Company entered into a new finance facility with its major lender to increase its credit facilities by $1.6M. This new facility is intended to restructure existing credit facilities with other lenders which will reduce our monthly payments by about $50K.

Dalmac Energy Inc. is a provider of hot oiler, vacuum, hydro-vac, pressure and tanker truck services to the energy sector. Dalmac Energy Inc. also provides methanol/glycol delivery and distribution services. The current fleet consists of 135 operating units  servicing west central Alberta, from our locations in Pigeon Lake, Warburg, Fox Creek and Hinton. The Company's main customers are the oil and gas producers, well servicing and drilling contractors operating within the service area.
